Rheoli lludw sy'n annhoddadwy mewn asid hydroclorig mewn bwydydd anifeiliaid cyfansawdd

18.—(1) Ni chaiff unrhyw berson roi mewn cylchrediad—

(a)unrhyw fwyd anifeiliaid cyfansawdd a gyfansoddwyd yn bennaf o sgil-gynhyrchion reis y mae lefel y lludw sy'n anhoddadwy mewn asid hydroclorig ynddo yn uwch na 3.3% o'i fater sych; na

(b)yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), unrhyw fwyd anifeiliaid cyfansawdd arall y mae lefel y lludw sy'n anhoddadwy mewn asid hydroclorig ynddo yn uwch na 2.2% o'i fater sych.

(2) Ni fydd paragraff (1)(b) yn gymwys ar gyfer rhoi mewn cylchrediad unrhyw fwyd anifeiliaid cyfansawdd—

(a)sydd yn cynnwys glynwyr mwynol a ganiateir sy'n cael eu henwi neu eu disgrifio yn yr Atodiad i Gyfarwyddeb y Comisiwn 2003/57/EC(1);

(b)sydd yn fwyd anifeiliaid mwynol;

(c)sydd yn cynnwys mwy na 50% o sglodion betys siwgr neu fwydion betys siwgr; neu

(ch)a fwriedir ar gyfer pysgod a ffermir ac sy'n cynnwys mwy na 15% o flawd pysgod,

os datgenir yn y datganiad statudol lefel y lludw sy'n anhoddadwy mewn asid hydroclorig fel canran o'r bwyd anifeiliaid fel y cyfryw.
